There is no such thing as the perfect chassis for everyone because everyone has different taste. But this doesn’t stop manufacturers like Phanteks from trying to make their definition of the perfect chassis. Their first attempt, the Enthoo Primo, looks very promising.

Phanteks Enthoo Primo takes a different approach to the layout of the interior to maximize a clever build look with improvements cooling. If you didn’t notice in the photo above, there is no PSU because Phanteks moved it behind the motherboard tray and set it on its side. This change allows for the mounting of up to three water cooling loops, up to 14 x 120 mm fans, and isolates the PSU for better airflow. There is also room for up to six 3.5″ drives, twelve 2.5″ drives, or a combination of the two.

The Enthoo Primo is a full tower PC chassis with an MSRP of $249.99. While risky to try as company’s first attempt in a product category, Phanteks justifies the price at every step. A number of great features are built into an all steel frame with ab aluminum faceplate, support for ATX, EATX, mATX, SSI EEB motherboards, and comes pre-loaded with five 140 mm fans. It’s also backed by a 5  year warranty.
