The survey is open till August 7th, 2012 Midnight PST and the winner will be drawn on or around August 10th, 2012. The survey can be filled out by anyone in the world but the prize can only be shipped within the US or Canada. You’re very welcome to come “pick it up” or you can just do what other people do and have it shipped to someone they trust with a US or Canadian address.
