Recently I had dumplings and man is it a 50/50 chance of getting them to turn out perfectly as they can sometimes turn out to be hard! But damn are those dumplings good.

you should get a steamer from London Drugs or something.. $30 and they are so easy to clean and cook in.. esp if you like dumpling.. and steaming is healthy :)
