Anyone know how to make Pho Hoa? I wanted to make it to see if I can make it for lunches :D

split it would be so eay to make,,,, if you like beef,, take a can of beef stock add some water, cilantro, chives bring to a boil, add some rice noodle and while doing that cook up some beef (either flank or steak of some sort) and then get the toppings that they give you on the side !!
