most foods are good for you,, there are some foods that you should stay away from,, like unless you an active person you should stay away from all starches (rice,potatoes and pasta) or eat them in small quantities. chicken is the best for you if you either bake it or cook it in a small amount of olive oil. Most veggies are good for you,, :D

Great to me because I've been trying to lose weight through different eating and more exercise.

Eat more veggies and lean protein (e.g., chicken breast, tuna, turkey, cottage cheese). Fruits are okay but vegetables would be better. Like chefboy said, stay away from the starches...

Non-creamy soups are good...fried food is not...broiled and steamed should be okay... Mmm....

Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables will help. Stay away from processed foods, if you can!

I suggest staying away from fried chicken...I had some today for the first time in years...now I feel like I need a bath...get the grease out or something.

if you are gonna eat fried chicken after eating healthy for so long you gotta let it sit on paper towel for a minute so it absorbs some of the grease,,, I know what you mean though,, the last time I had KFC I could feel the grease dripping down my hand,,,, eww grosss :(

I peeled of all the skin, which I thought would help. I"m not sure if it did or not.

I have been digressing with my healthy eating!! Time to get back at it!!

it's ok to cut down on your snacking greeneyes,, but you still need to eat 3 good meals a day :D;)

They actually pressure cook the oil into the chicken eh? The secrets from my friends long ago when they used to work there. :D

that is so gross,,, if I order KFC I usually place the chicken on a paper towel so that it absorbs some of the grease :D

It's probably better to have 5 small meals a day :) keeps the metabolism at bay

doctors actually say you should either eat 3 good meals a day or 6 little meals,, as long as you get allof your nutrients throughout the day :D
