What are the best ways to relieve stress?

Breathe :o

For me, I find that just doing something quiet for a few minutes (e.g., reading a magazine, watching some tv) is enough (if I need a quick fix).

Otherwise, a good workout is nice, too. Getting some me time helps as well. And baths. How could I forget those??!!

I like to go rollerblading to relieve stress :D

I usually end up walking at lunch to clear my thoughts if I've had a rough day at work.

It'd probably be least cumbersome to hang ornaments off piercings if you have any. Otherwise, wrap your naked body in a garland of tinsel and hang 'em off the garland?? You are probably an expert at this!! :eek:

Hmm.... I usually go out with one of my best friends, pick up a coffee to go, and head out for a drive. That usually works.

Definitely a drive helps. I enjoy 4x4ng in the snow if I get the chance, that is always a blast. :) :D

I break out the Colin Macrae 2.0. If I go out and drive outside the way I want to drive, I'd get arrested, and my skid lates would get all scuffed. :mad:

Benzos don't have skid plates.
