What is your favourite Christmas dish to make?

I usually end up helping out making Shwarzky Potatos or I end up making peanut butter pie for desert. :)

Let's see some recipes.. I'll post mine soon.

WHat is Christmas without shortbread?? Okay, so it's not a "dish," but it'll do!!

My recipe calls for lots of margarine/butter, flour, and sugar. I'm going to make many batches tonight!!! :p

Can you taste the difference?
I used lard in making butter tarts once. It was fun! :p Oh and delicious, of course.

Oh well, to each his/her own, I guess.

Perogies are better though no matter what.
