Could do that!

We could publish it and sell it!

Proceeds go towards improving the forum more and giving out more prizes :D

Just a thought...

(not in recipe form...no time for that)
ok ok, heres an antipasto and primo (1st) dish:

get an italian bun, like a dinner roll...cut it in half...
take a fresh bocconccini or mozza, brush bun with olive oil\garlic combo
place on each each of bun, if you are using a bocconccini cut in half, one piece for each side of bun...
on top place any of the following combos
_tomatoe in slice with cooked grounded beef
_thin sliced zucchini (round or in slices) cooked in olive oil, salt and pepper, and organo
_parsley diced fresh with diced red and yellow peppers

make sure cheese is placed nicely so cheese doesnt drip when melted,.

place in toast oven or oven for 10 mins or so until cheese it melted and all is browned LIGHTLY.
^al capello rest. in Udine
primo.... pasta alla tunno

pick a type of pasta...
in a sauce pan olive oil, and half a clove of garlic diced...
after well heated add one can of tuna mix, add enough oil, not too much, add organo, basil, salt and pepper, not too much please, or you will have a disaster....
cook pasta til al dente, place in pan with sauce and mix well...
fresh diced parsley on top with parm. and done

enjoy

more on friday! pasta, cutlets...salad....etc.

did anyone try those recipes? what did you think?
i have bought a book specifically for recipes that i encounter and learn here....so far i have lots, just not the time or the money ....internet is costly here...to write them all down...
so like my travelling log i will download all when i get home, as well as shorter recipes i will add one or two at a time while i am here.

if their is something particular you want let me know....

Haven't had a chance yet. We're dealing with food that we stole from our parents over the Christmas break still.
