what are some quick and healthy way of cooking chicken boobs?
I need some new tastes. I usually marinade them and broil. Or I use garlic, lemon juice, and rosemary, and broil.
But like I said, I need some new flavours!!:p Share your secrets with me!!

BBQ them!
Just chuck them on the grill with a little BBQ sauce.

the healthiest thing to do is bake them in the oven with some herbs and maybe a little bit of water to keep the moisture

Hey Yeah!
You could go one step further by cutting slits into the chicken, and put pieces of garlic in them. Season lightly Stick it in a pan and just brown the outside layer on high heat to seal up the skin so the juices stay in, then pop it in the oven for like 20 - 30 minutes until cooked at 375 degrees and voila!
Hmmm... Think I might try that tonight :D

I prefer naked boobs. My boobs are always naked going into the oven!!
But there was that sealing the skin part somewhere previous...implying they were not naked.

Just sear the meat lightly to seal it up, then the juices should be free to cook inside without leaking out as much. Then you get nice juicy boobs.

What is searing?
chefboy
December 17th, 2001, 10:43 PM
searing is can be done in a couple different ways,,,, the place that I used to work at would sear the roast first! and to do that they turned the oven up to 450 degrees and cook the roast for 20 min like that and then they would add water and finished cooking it! The purpose of searing is to do fast cooking,, as well after a roat is seared,, it keeps the juices in longer..
