You take about 4 bartlett pears.
You take a can of Coconut Milk.
You take half a cup of sugar.

Mix the milk and the sugar in a bowl and let the sugar dissolve for about 10 mins (stirring).

Then you chop the pears into almost sugar cube size and add them to the bowl. Place the bowl in the fridge for an hour or the freezer for 15 minutes.

Pre-heat the oven to 350f.

Place the pears, milk and sugar in a casserole dish. And bake the mixture for about 30 mins or when the pears are soft and you can pierce them with a fork easily.

Now you can either serve right there, or throw them in the fridge to candy them. Either way, you will die. This is absolutely incredible.

And Voila! You Have Sarah H's Coconut Pears!

Sooooooo Yummmmmmmmay!

I know. It costs about $5 to make it and tastes like something from a very expensive restaurant.

I am always messing around in the kitchen making up new recipes and finding new ways of doing things.

This has been my biggest hit, people calling me out of the blue and offering to pay me to make it.

So there is one of my secret recipes. So cheap and easy to make and people will think that you toiled over it for hours.

Wait until you taste it though.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
