So does anyone on here have the Apple iPhone? I don't because it was just way to pricey for me. If you have it what do you think about it? I haven't seen any sales on them yet. I thought they might run some sales due to the holiday's but so far nothing.

I would consider an iPhone if they would not be so restrictive on network. However, apparently AT&T is paying a bounty to Apple per iPhone sold so I doubt that will change. I am staying with Sprint.

So that is why they only have one provider? Isn't the contract with Apple for like five years or something? Hopefully they won't extend or sign a new one but I am sure the probably will.

I think the iPhone is pretty neat, but I don't think I would want to buy it yet. I don't like the idea of having to stick with one provider for so long, and it's a bit too expensive for my taste.

I'm not touching that iPhone with a 10 foot pole. Right now it is iHOT. Tomorrow, it will be iCrap. It's not even that great a piece of hardware.
HTC FTW!

I won't be buying one either, too expensive! I didn't know about having to be with one provider for so long, that is a big turnoff.

I don't have an iPhone. I haven't learned how to use most of the functions on my regular old cell phone, but I have a question about all these gadgets.
Don't you pay for all of those minutes of internet access from your phone, Blackberry or iPhone? If you do, I can't see the point in adding another bill!

You pay for a plan, much like any other provider. I like the thing but is far too expensive and limited to the one provider i won't touch with a 10 foot pole...

Well my problem is...I want a phone to be a good phone, and from what reviews I have read its not very good as a phone.

I howled when people lined up for days to get one and then Apple released a less expensive model. Talk about getting the suckers first!

A lot of people really were way too excited about getting the iPhone. I think that the features are awesome, but it's just not worth it right now!

I don't want one at all, but my buddy is wanting an itouch. If you don't want an iphone, what is the point of an itouch? Isn't that just a iphone without the phone part?

I have a friend that has an iphone. I played around with it for a while. As far as ituitive useability, it is very sharp. I assume that in the coming months there are going to be a lot of copycat gadgets. Check out the Blackberry 9000 due out soon which looks like a clone.

I will have to check out that Blackberry. Did the cheaper one come out already? I agree though I don't tend to use all those extras on the phone I have now.

Blackberry vs iPhone?? I might be preferring Blackberry. I did check it out yesterday with plans and I really liked it.

I haven't been hearing much about the Blackberry lately, but I think that since they have been out longer, they are probably a bit better. They probably have all their imperfections worked out by now.

I love the design, the looks, the features... but it is too expensive for me, and right now, I don't really need it. I'm still using my 2003 cellphone... when I bought it they offered the "attachment" for the camera! It was probably the first ones to have the detachable camera and color screen. Now it just an old thing, but still works for what I need it!

The way I look at it berlinlife06 is if it still works there is nothing wrong with that. That actually shows that it is a well made phone.

I still don't have one, even though the price is a little less, still don't have the money.

iphone has not been officially released in our country, yet.
although a lot of them have been sold in our local market already.
it's just easy for them to unlock these phones.
budgetwise, i don't think i'll be getting an iphone anytime soon.
