Got any plans for the new year celebration yet? There doesn't seem to be much hype about it, yet.

Not really anything planned here. Maybe holding an anime marathon as we've done previous years. :)

Probably going up to Silverstar or something. Drink lots, then try to board next morning. It's usually pretty interesting.

I have a few options:

Either going to see Nickelback and Default at the Plaza of Nations for New Years.. or I might be going to a party in Hotel Vancouver. We'll see. New Year's hasn't been a very big deal to me though so who knows what will happen.

Going to Whistler BC to a friends lodge for three days. Try to get in some great skiing. Not, sure how to handle the idea of party'n with the two beautiful women who invited me to go. They expect me to "as they both put" entertain them and pleasure their every desire. There was a little laughter with some sincerity. What the hell! There are lots of good old friends and I really have not spent many New Years party'n hard. ;)

Who knows where I'll be. Maybe I'll stay home and code a new emulator that will allow me to play.............................................. Atari, NES, Coleco Vision, Vic-20, N64, Playstation, PS2, Xbox, and GameCube... :p

Ok.... maybe not N64 since that was such a crappy platform. heehehe..

On second thought I think I may go out, and if not, in reality, I'll just stay home and watch the ball drop yet again as I'm not a big New Year's Eve fan.. then again my gf is in France right now ( sniff sniff :( ) doing her international studies.

Chefboy....

If that ticket is still up for grabs, I'd love to take it. Plus, if you're not into going at all now, I know someone else who would be interested in your ticket too!

And, if I end up spending New Years with you.... I guess it won't be all bad, considering we're friends and all.....

Oh yeah!

I keep forgetting that the legal drinking age is 21 down there. I think that is way too high IMHO.

Well that's just no fun...

If I was in Canada I could be drinking right now...

...but then again it is early Wednesday morning and I don't think right now would be a great time to drink (but then again I'm at work so it COULD make work more tolerable!)

..that (drinking) would be kinda weird here at our work. Our speech would be slurred...
