I am SOOOO in love with this thingie! Check out http://www.nikeplus.com and watch the commercial. There is a sensor that goes into your shoe (and no, you don't have to buy the $100 nike (http://blog.smalldog.com/article/245/where-are-my-nike-ipod-shoes) shoes with the hole for the sensor) and a part that attaches into the Nano to sync with the sensor. You calibrate the device to your own stride and weight and it tells you your pace, distance and calories burned. It's the COOLEST thing I've bought all summer! It only works with the nano though.

Forgot to add that there is one bug that I came across. When your playing your nano, and the voice comes on to tell you your stats - you nearly get blown out of your headphones. This also affected my little radio plug in for the car, no matter how high I turned the volume you couldn't hear anything. All you have to do is a hard reset on the nano and it works fine again.
