XBox, there's a system I'll give some time to develop. If I had to jump out right now and buy a console it would have to be a Playstation 2. :P

Why a PS2?
On another note, GameCubes are so cute!! You could put one in a backpack and off you go!! That's all I have to say about GameCubes. :p

Gamecube is cheap so that's always good. :P I'd wait till next year for that platform as I am anticipating the release of the new and improved Resident Evil franchise, of which Nintendo just bought the licensing. :)
Why a PS2? Has a better profile of game as the Gamecube line has more of Mario. Of which I have grown tired with that series, that is unless they do something drastic.
The games I am playing right now are:
Aliens Vs Predator 2 - PC
Ghost Recon - PC
Devil May Cry - PS2
Silent Hill 2 - PS2
Grand Theft Auto III - PS2

Xbox is also getting a Silent Hill 2 but will be a little different. That's a game I'd like to try out, but I don't want to be creeped out...:( :eek:

You might be more than a little startled then with this game. I saw a few jaws drop from some of the CG sequences in the game.

If you want to play a great action game on the PS2, check out Devil May Cry. It has absolutely no story (ok, maybe a little, but its cheesy), but you'll love kicking ass with all the cool sword and gun play that is available in the game.
