Anyone got a recipe for putahea? I'm trying to do a cross-comparison with my families recipe to see where things differ? I'll be making puthea this week or weekend so I am looking forward to it as I always love making my favourite dish! :D Even if it takes hours to make considering all the work to make the damn putahea.
