Anyone ever done a Club Med? Curious to find out how it is.

I have a friend who's gone to a couple, and she's really enjoyed going.

What spots did she do on the Club Med map?

club med sounds sweet,, I need to save up some money first!

That's what I am doing now along with paying some bills.

I think she went somewhere in Mexico?

Probably Cancun.

Club Med- One of my very good friends that I have traveled all over with has done a Club Med in Mexico. He said it was a great time. If you like to do lots of activites there is TONES of sporty type activites for you to do there. He also mentioned to me to arrive at the begining of the week and not in the middle, b/c if you want to hook up and get laid, you better get hooked up early in the week, b/c by the time the middle of the week rolls around everyone is already hooked. That is of course if that is what you are after...a lay. He also mentioned to me that Club Med had many couples there.

In my opinion, I think Club Med is a waste of time and $. You can say you have been to Mexico, Spain, or whereever this Club Med is located, but you REALLY HAVEN'T been to Mexico or that country as you are in a compound.

Gambit, Gambit, Gambit..

Then you must not understand the real purpose of Club Med. Some people unlike yourself, don't feel like trekking across Mexico in the "badlands" persay, to see the country. Most people just want to go to a place to have some fun and to get away from the rain if they are coming from Vancouver :p.

I know for myself if I go to any of the Club Meds its either going to be to Paradise Island, in the Bahamas, or Turks & Caicose as I really want to spend lots of time scuba diving as that is my true passion in my free time in terms of an activity! :)

Either way if I go anywhere outside of Club Med, I might go back packing in Germany for two weeks! :)
