wtf. this is the subway slogan. eat fresh.

have you ever eaten there?

i ate there for the first time in a long time on Sunday and uh, NOTHING IS FRESH THERE. Except the bread.. any sometimes even that is a few days old. Does that still make it fresh?

The sandwich meats are processed. The 'seafood' is imitation crab. The 'grilled chicken' wades in a tub of oily water.

Even the sauces come from an industrial sized bag tat is just empties into little squirter bottles.

But it tastes kinda good. Without all those weird vegetables and all.

i cant stand subway anymore, it costs too much for the crap you get, your right tip, its all processed, and it isnt all that fresh. i usually got the turkey breast, and the last time i got it i got sick and threw up...never again! i'm staying away from subway from now on, ....i hate it though, cause i love eatin a sub!

I don't go to Subway that often, and I don't mind their subs...6" turkey on brown with honey mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and pepper. :D

I ought to try the Subway diet.

i'm not the biggest Subway fan anymore. I'd much rather have a donair! (Ok, less healthy, but just a block from my house and mmm, mmm, good!)

I used to eat a lot of Subway a while back...a long while...the "sandwich artist" would give a lot of stamps.

It's toonie Tuesday today, and i took full advantage of the 6" ham!! I had it on the Honey Oat bread and was deeelicious!! Maybe it's because I was hungry, but I feel quite satisfied by those six inches.

Has anyone else noticed.. that their 'Grilled Chicken' has painted on grill marks? how do I know? they smear ;)

Quizno's is good...

Subway I get either a Cold Cut Trio, or I get a Steak and Cheese sub...

Quizno's I usually get the Italian one *shrug*

I have enough for 2 free 6" subs from Subyway right now!
I usually stick to Subway's cold subs...there's one that I want to try next time, but I can't remember which one.

From Quizno's I always get the Turkey Lite!

It's Toonie Tuesday again! Weee! I saw them empty half a bag of chopped lettuce into the thingee. And the cheese, too. Another 6" ham on honey oat bread. Tasty.

I hate to jump in and flame but imo Quizno's sucks. They're over priced and don't taste that great. "Oh but it's oven toasted." Still doesn't make it worth the $9.50 I just got raped out of, and that's for an 8" sandwich and a drink.

As for Subway, I like them. I've never had any bad experiences like the ones described here. I prefer Subway over some burger joint (A&W, Wendys, etc. I don't include McDonalds cause that's hardly classified as food). As for the freshness questions, yes their meats are processed, yes the sauces are prepacked, so is every other place you go to. The veggies are fairly fresh, and the subs taste good. Fine by me.

Subway is a good deal. It is filling and cheap.

I like going to DQ, but lately I've been doing the 3 mama burgers for 5 bucks deal at A&W. Yummy! :lappy:

Well, it's been a while, but I made a trip to Subway today since it's $2.22 Tuesdays...got me a 6" ham sub on honey oat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cucumbers, honey mustard, and pepper. Tasty!

It's 2.22 Tuesday again, and I went for my usual. Today, there was a new sandwich artist.

These sandwich artists are changing the cut of the bread. I'm not sure I like it. Everything was trying to fall out!

I don't mind Subway, but it's nothing you can have regularly - like Jared, the freak. I might go there right now and get a 6" roasted chicken with lite mayo, lite lettuce, pickles, and salt and pepper. Yum.

Yeah, I think I will.

That, or tuna.

Oh the decisions!
