What was your favourite class in school, college, or university?
My favourite class had to be a tie between a few:
Data Processing 11 - What a breeze this class was, Biosynthetic &
myself ended up playing solitaire 15 minutes in since the classes were so easy.
Computer Science 11 & 12 - It was fun coding a game completely in Turbo Pascal 7.0
Advanced Law at Douglas College - A true challenge to stay awake after a hard days work topped with a 3 hour class from 7-10pm every week.
So what was your favourite class? or classes?

I definitely favoured several types of classes throughout my career as a student:
High school - Music classes
Univ- almost all Sociology classes (sociology was my major)
Tech school - software design classes

My favorite class was digital processing.
We learned and implemented different compression techniques,
implemented fourier and reverse fourier transformations on sound and made a very light version of photoshop in c.
The photoshop project was the most fun, I went a little overboard on it though.

I forgot to add my Photoshop 11 & 12 classes. Had the opportunity to get outside of school and take lots of B&W pictures. I think that's when I became a big fan of black & white photography. What I found really cool was layer small slivers of colour into a black & white image.

Ever since I've always wanted to get a camera and build a dark room at home. Maybe in a few years when I have more money :D
I was asleep most during most of math period.

Oh my last year in high school was fun:
1) Math 12 - pretty much know the stuff, see below
2) Comp 11/12 - again, I can be the tutor in that class
With the 2 classes and the spare block right after, I ended up becoming the support staff for school computers (and I get to skip quite a blocks too).

If you wanna talk marks, I love this one (Science 10)
1st Term: 49% (Mostly biology stuff, which I hate, plus a partner that chats a lot in class)
2nd Term: don't remember, but I think on one test, I got 80 out of 65, 'cause the teacher had Qs on Covalent Bonds (which she said we can skip) and I ended up doing them all (and she marked them)
Finals: 99% Woohoo.... at that age, my memory was at its peak, so I memorized the whole textbook and see how much I can recite.
Ended up with B because of the lackluster 1st term...

One more, on my last year in Socials 11
1st Term: squeaked out an A by doing something after class
2nd Term: Interesting stuff so I aced it again
Middle of 2nd term, teacher left, new teacher came, sucked and I slacked off
3rd term: Didn't do homework, ended up with a D (I hated that term anyway)
Because of the 3 provincials I have that year, I was exempt from the Finals for Socials, and ended up with a B...

My favorite class ever was an advanced computer course my school offered in grade 11.
Won't forget setting up a BBS, learning all about CPU's (how they're made, etc.), and oh yeah........ getting to play with Adobe Premiere (4.2 at the time). We used Premiere for multimedia presentations using Powerpoint (heh).
I learned a valuable lesson in that class..... video is BIG. I lugged 25 floppy disks with my compressed presentation, and hoped none of them developed bad sectors before I could unzip them (thankfully, none of them did). A week later, I bought a Zip drive. :)
It was in that class that I received a new nickname by the teacher: William Defoe (Defoe is close to the pronunciation of my last name).

I liked grade 12 automotive,, 3 friends and I were always working in a group and nothing beats the day that all of our classmates got mad at the teacher cuz he let us go home early after we helped an old lady get her car started in the pouring rain :D

Math rules! That was my favorite class in highschool. And in university, my favorite classes were Spanish, Italian, and Abstract Algebra. And in my Master's, my favorite class so far was Generalized Linear Models, because we did a lot of programming and data analysis.
