    I agree I would never order anything from them again.  I paid for three day shipping and it has been over 10 days and I can’t get them to answer any of my emails.  They are horrible!!!!

    Absoultely the WORST company in the entire world to deal with. They take your money and keep it while  hiding behind useless, unbelievable excuses. The only good news for me was that I used PayPal to make my purchase and got my money back. Do yourself a big favor and NEVER purchase anything from EVIL Controllers .  . . they truly ARE EVIL!!

    I also was suckered into this company becouse I wanted to keep my business local. The instructions for the game are not for the gameI told them I play. I sent them an email they sent me the same wrong instructions. the controller has been bad since i first got it as it will not adjust per the instructions. My game has gone down since trying to use there controller it is so cumbersome to use you spend all your time angry trying to get it to function instead of enjoying your game. I am going to try another company and see if modded controllers are worth the hassle and money. Evil controllers are like communism it looks good on paper but does not work.

    I have had  but an amazing experience with Evil Controllers. They helped me pick a controller for my son. Literally this woman walked me through every step, and explained this gaming stuff so that I could under stand it. I give her 10 stars. There are few places today that actually answer the phone or that are based in America. My son is over the moon with his controller. I have recommended them 10 times over!
