What do you get when you drop your iPod into a cooler full of ice and cold water? Well you get a really expensive piece of useless technology that you can now us as a paper weight, a lot of bad words and the brilliant idea to invent the worlds first fully submergible MP3 player.

At last a portable music device that is unique, different, innovative and fresh landed on my desk that I was happy to check out. Enter the Freestyle Audio DMP - Waterproof MP3 Player. Surfers, swimmers, kayakers, water-skiers, wake boarders and all water sports enthusiasts can now rejoice as now they can take their music with them right into the water.
The Freestyle Audio Story...
La Jolla, CA resident Mr. Lance Fried, water sport enthusiast and entrepreneur at heart, was at a kicking party one day and was reaching for another wobbly pop out of a ice water filled chilly bin, when accidentally his super slick, rico suave dance moves caused his iPod to fall from his hip, into the chilly bin filled with ice and cold water.
Eventually after a really expensive and empty drink, a now dead IPod, and living on the beach and watching surfers all day long, Lance hatched the idea that maybe there was a niche and an opportunity to bring water sports and music together. Thus Freestyle Audio
was born.
Today we get to check out Lance's achievement, the Freestyle Audio DMP.
