Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Vs. CoolerMaster Hyper TX for Socket LGA775

  Submitted: 12-20-2006

 Summary:
Like meeting the twin you thought you never had, there is sure to be a battle for dominance between these two CPU coolers for Socket 775. It's a battle of heat pipes! Let's see who flexes them better. FIGHT!

Today we've got two very similarly designed CPU coolers. From the design labs of Arctic Cooling , we have the Freezer 7 Pro , a seemingly large cooler ready for some LGA775 action. And over from Cooler Master , we have the Hyper TX , a design that Darth Vader would approve.

Between the two, the fans and helmet make it clear which design belongs to each company. But underneath their masks, we end up with a six-heatpipe design with over forty aluminum fins with only the shape of the fins being the unique characteristic design.

Ludicrous Speed. GO!

So who reigns supreme? Read on to find out!
